What sets you apart from other creative studios and full-time employees?We're a creative studio based in New York, created specifically for startups and founders to provide premium services at reasonable prices with an open and transparent policy. Similar creative studios are very expensive, and not every startup or founder can afford them. Each product and asset costs extra money. If we talk about full-time employees, it's the same here. The salary of a senior designer varies from 80K to 100K, and if you also hire a developer, an art director, and a photographer, it's already above +100K per year. Here we have combined all the creative parts into a subscription and divided them into three tiers for you and your new business.

What are the deadlines for accepting projects?It all depends on the service and the chosen project. For example, if you urgently need a business card and a flyer for an event, they can be ready within a couple of hours to 48 hours. However, if you require a landing page, the timeframe can vary from 7-14 days.

Who will I work with?You will work directly with our art director, who will deeply understand your product/brand and collaborate with our entire boutique studio team to deliver the best results you've ever experienced.

Can I cancel or suspend my subscription?Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time without hidden charges. Subscription cancellations can be managed through your account or by simply writing to us. You can also suspend your subscription and renew it whenever you want within 1 year.

What project management tools do you use?We use Notion for our internal processes and time tracking. However, we are adaptable and can work with the tools your company prefers.

What if I don't like the design you've created?We will revise the design until you are completely satisfied; the key is to provide us with detailed feedback.

What tools do you use for design?We use leading programs such as Figma, Wix Studio, Webflow, Farmer, Procreate, Adobe services, depending on the project to ensure the best results for you.

Do you offer services for rebranding and updating existing websites?Certainly. Once we understand the purpose of the update through detailed discussion, we'll swiftly proceed with the process.

Do you offer website hosting, domain registration, and corporate email setup?Absolutely, we provide website hosting, domain registration, and corporate email address configuration services. They are included at no additional cost if you select any package that includes website creation.

What kind of work don't you do?We don't handle copywriting or text correction, nor do we address anything directly related to text posts. Our focus remains exclusively on creativity, art, and design. Text-related tasks such as naming, slogans, and tones of voice are solely covered within our Branding services.

How do you set up a terminal for a physical store?We provide a complete terminal set with simple connection instructions, fully synchronized with your website. Service is exclusively offered in conjunction with website creation, as our terminals are intricately connected to the website.

What about refunds?Currently, we do not offer refunds. You can freeze your subscription and use the remaining days at your convenience or cancel it.
